How Vytelle Built a Brand System That Scales

Vytelle helps cattle producers accelerate genetic progress through hormone-free IVF and feed efficiency technology. With a product suite spanning embryo production, recipient screening, embryo sexing, and phenotypic data capture, they operate across more than 20 countries with a growing network of satellite partners serving producers in the field. The brand had the science. It had the reach. What it needed was a system that could keep up with both.

The Challenge

When a company expands its product offerings and grows its partner network across multiple continents, there are a lot of moving parts to keep up for the brand. That’s where Vytelle found itself. Over several years, their asset library had drifted, leading to inconsistent design or varied messaging as the company grew.

Strategic Approach

Vytelle partnered with Pay Dirt Digital to not just make things look better, but to build a foundation the entire organization could operate from. That meant starting with a clear-eyed audit of what existed and creating new guidelines for all future material.

The work touched every surface of the brand. From visual identity to messaging architecture, Vytelle’s team worked with Pay Dirt to create updated documentation that would produce consistent assets across every channel and audience.

The Work

Over the course of the engagement, Pay Dirt Digital produced more than 75 pieces across Vytelle’s North America and Australia businesses. That included print collateral and trade show materials, product fact sheets and buyer guides, satellite partner assets, Spanish-language materials, digital iconography, video shorts, event promotions, corporate decks, business cards, and website assets. Pay Dirt also took on content production — case studies, product marketing blogs, press releases — and continues to support Vytelle’s paid and organic social programs.

The through-line across all of it was a single brand voice and visual system, applied consistently whether the asset was headed to a cattle producer in rural Nebraska or a satellite partner in Queensland.

The Results

Vytelle now has what it didn’t before: a source of truth. The sales team in the field, the satellite partners running OPU events, the internal marketing team building campaigns — everyone is working from the same brand guidelines. Assets are findable, consistent, and built to represent a brand operating at a global scale.

That kind of alignment is hard to put a number on. But for a company with a partner network spanning multiple continents and a product suite that continues to expand, the ability to show up with one cohesive voice isn’t just a marketing win. It’s an operational one.
